The image:   Now for something completely different.  There are those moments when the image is only about color.  The details can actually be distracting and the artist must capture the color in a way that is representative of what he or she felt.  This image utilized "in camera blur" techniques to capture the color of the scene while at the same time allowing just a hint of the detail so the the viewer may extract what the subject is or where the image may have been taken.  This particular image was taken along a trail in Dolly Sods where the leaves and sky were brilliantly lit.  I hope you enjoy the unique interpretation of this scene and that it represents a fall trail hike for you. 

The print:    Printed on 100% cotton rag paper on the Epson 7800 with mat/frame colors simulated.  All materials are 100% archival in addition to archival assembly.  UV protective glass is used in all of my artwork.
