The Wave Designer Series
The Image: The most frequently asked question on this print is "are the colors real"? Yes they are. This image is taken about 30 feet below ground on a bright sunny day. The slot canyon has an opening at ground level about 2-3 feet wide which allows the light to filter into the canyon. The sandstone reflects the direct light into the shadow areas at the top of the canyon which gives you the golds and reds. In the very deep canyon shadows the only light that reaches here is the blue light from the sky. So you can see this incredible mix of color in these slot canyons. This light is particularly plentiful in Lower Antelope Canyon. It is a very special location.
Designer Presentation: The designer presentation by Mary Johnson accents the print beautifully. Mary has selected an inner/outer mat color combination that accents the unique colors of the canyon beautifully. A striking presentation for any home or office.

Autumn's Brilliance
The Image: Electric fall foliage on the summit of Spruce Knob in the Monongahela National Forest in October. This vibrant fall foliage scene made me stop in my tracks as I climbed the summit of West Virginia's highest peak. The light was simply spectacular and the finest I have ever seen in the fall season. The leaves and trees were illuminated by perfect low angle sunlight. This image jumps off of the print with the designer presentation.
Designer Presentation: This presentation designed by Mary Johnson is simply breathtaking. The frame and double suede matting bring this print to life in a way like no other. If you are looking for artwork that communicates all of the color vibrancy our natural world has to offer, this is it. Celebrated the colors of creation with this very special presentation.
