The image: Alain Briot introduced me to the Horseshoe Bend
area near Page, AZ. I studied on the location and ventured to the site
well before dawn last March. I must say, it was a little intimidating as I
approached the ledge of the canyon walls to setup the camera gear! The
drop is straight down and must be close to 1000 feet...at least it looks like
it! This area is just south of Lake Powell and the Colorado flows right
into the Grand Canyon just a few miles downstream. If you are in Page stop
by and visit the Horseshoe Bend in the Colorado River.
The print: The print is made with Epson ultrachrome
inks on a beautiful 100% cotton rag paper, Moab Entrada Natural. The paper
is acid free and totally archival for long term enjoyment. It is a gorgeous
mat paper that accentuates the details of the print and really pops canyon
colors. The print and mat board are
hand signed. The mat is a double mat. The print and mat are hinge mounted to an acid free foam
core board and then packaged in a clear photographic bag. The foam core
board has the Jeff Ball seal of authenticity to ensure that
you have full access to the Jeff Ball guarantees. Prints larger than
16x20" framed will be in a limited edition and signed and numbered accordingly.
This is a great chance to pick up a fine art print with the best material and
workmanship available today. Thanks for your interest and let me know if
you have any questions about the print.
Prices include air shipment in the continental U.S.
