Joshua Tree National Park

In January 2004 I had a chance to extend a business trip with a visit to Joshua Tree National Park.  The park is one of the most unique locations I have visited.  I recently reviewed the images and found a theme that was not apparent at the time.  My favorite images have become those which combine the unique trees of the park with the rubble of rocks that are present in the most unique formations and in very large sizes.  I hope you enjoy the images and you get a chance to visit the park.
