The Open Range of Northern Utah

Drama...the great open range of northern Utah is comfortable with dramatic skies, dramatic geological formations, and dramatic records of great ancient civilizations and species.  I continued my photographic studies with Alain Briot on the Wild Horses/Northern Utah workshop in June of 2005.  One particular photographic skill I was developing was the near/far relationship with the wide angle lens.  The majority of photographs posted in this section were taken with the Toyo 45AII and the Nikkor 75mm lens.  I hope you enjoy the photographs!
