Fine Art Photography

Katherine and John now have "West Fork of Oak Creek" and "Death Valley Clouds" in their lovely Pittsburgh home.

Exercising technical control over the entire image process results in the fine art print.  From image capture, to digital enhancement, to final printing, the fine art photographer controls each process so that the final output matches his/her original artistic vision.  That is what you receive when you purchase a Fine Art Print from Jeff, an image that meets Jeff's artistic vision from image capture to print.

Fine Art Print

The print is made on the finest papers available today. I am currently printing all landscape work on Canson Baryta Photographique 310gsm and all astronomical prints on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Rag 308gsm.   An Epson Stylus Pro with Ultrachrome inks is calibrated and matched to the best paper for each individual print.  Papers are 100% archival with light fastness that exceeds most previous forms of photographic printing in the past 100 years.  The color fidelity of the print is calibrated so that the image richness is one that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Each print and mat board is signed by Jeff.  The Jeff Ball Photography "Seal of Authenticity" label is on the back of the mat board.  The "Seal" lists the title of the print, the fine art paper used, the location of the image, and contact information for Jeff Ball Photography.

Thank you for your purchase of fine art photography by Jeff.
