The image:   The West Virginia State Capitol is quite beautiful and provides many photographic opportunities.  I stopped by late one summer afternoon to catch the evening sunrays shining through the upper windows.  The dome is currently under renovation on the exterior as of November 2004.  Even though I am a Marshall fan, the gold and blue of the dome interior make for a very pleasing color combination.

The print:    The print is made with Epson ultrachrome inks on a beautiful 100% cotton rag paper.  The print and mat board are hand signed.  The mat is a double mat with a maroon and beige combination as you see on the left.  The print and mat are hinge mounted to an acid free foam core board and then packaged in a clear photography bag.  The foam core board has the Jeff Ball seal of authenticity to ensure that you have full access to the Jeff Ball guarantees.
