The image:   Our family visited the Grand Canyon in June of 2004.  My daily ritual was to photograph sunrise and sunset.  I boarded the first transport bus of the morning and was joined by a hiker going down the trail from Yaki for a hike down and back up the canyon in one day.  I admire that effort!  This image was taken on an outcrop of rock to the east of the main overlook area.  There are some other observers perched on the top of the edge on the left side of the image.  This image was taken with the Pentax 6x7 camera and the 55mm lens and scanned with the Imacon III.  The color saturation is a little exaggerated in Internet Explorer.  The Grand Canyon is a must-see for residents and visitors to the U.S.   

The print:    The print is made with Epson ultrachrome inks on a beautiful 100% cotton rag paper, Moab Entrada Natural.  The paper is acid free and totally archival for long term enjoyment.  It is a gorgeous mat paper that accentuates the details of the print and really pops canyon colors.  The print and mat board are hand signed.  The mat is a double mat.  The print and mat are hinge mounted to an acid free foam core board and then packaged in a clear photographic bag.  The foam core board has the Jeff Ball seal of authenticity to ensure that you have full access to the Jeff Ball guarantees.  Prints larger than 16x20" framed will be in a limited edition and signed and numbered accordingly.  This is a great chance to pick up a fine art print with the best material and workmanship available today.  Thanks for your interest and let me know if you have any questions about the print.
